Every Breath She Takes movie is a domestic violence drama centered on a woman named Jules Bakers. Jules has been abused by her husband Billy.
The movie starts with them being in love and slowly being faced with the true color of her husband.
He starts to hurt her physically and mentally which gives the fan the idea of how things are when someone is mentally abused.
An abusive relationship isn’t just related to physical abuse. The movie shows every part of the issue from emotional to physical abuse.
Initially, when the couple is fighting, and she decides to move out, out a massive fire destroys the couple’s home. In the fire, her husband gets killed.
Her name in the town has been made as the one that killed her husband and the insurance company also points at her after they figure out that the fire was set intentionally.
After the misfortunate event, Jules slowly tries to rebuild her life she starts to feel paranormal activities that her husband is trying to kill her.
After a series of frightening events that keep happening in and she keeps seeing her passed-away husband she starts to think she may be going crazy.
